- 开展Java相关技术的调研工作
- 采用敏捷的软件流程方法推进项目实施

- 深刻理解OOA/OOD/OOP编程思想,掌握多种常用的设计模式
- 熟悉现有主流的java框架(Spring、Struts、Spring mvc、Hibernate、Ibatis、Freemarker等)的基本原理，具备基于之上研发能力
- 关注新技术，了解Groovy，Jruby，熟悉ROR、COC、RESTful编程风格
- 热爱软件开发，编码基本功扎实，追求完美，有上进心和很强的学习能力
- 有丰富的web架构设计经验，对web站点的性能调优、站点扩展和内容集成有深刻的理解
- 熟悉cache原理及主流的cache框架，有集群系统的开发经验优先考虑
